How long does shipping take? Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. International shipping times vary by destination.

Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship worldwide. We have extensive experience with international shipping having sourced and shipped Seforim globally since 2021.

How can I track my order? Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

What happens if my order arrives damaged? Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and we will make it right as quickly as possible.

Are all your Seforim brand new? Yes, all our Seforim and books are brand new unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Do you carry specific editions of Gemara or Chumash? We carry a wide selection of the most popular editions. If you are looking for a specific edition not listed contact us and we will do our best to source it for you.

Can I request a specific Sefer that is not listed? Absolutely! We love special requests. Reach out through our Contact page and we will try to source it for you.

What languages are your books available in? We carry books in Hebrew, English, and bilingual editions across all our categories including Torah, Gemara, and contemporary Seforim.


Returns

What is your return policy? We accept returns as long as the item is in brand-new condition with the binding uncracked and we can resell it as new. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How do I start a return? Contact us through our Contact page before sending anything back and we will guide you through the process.

Who pays for return shipping? The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
